Burgin Apartments boasts a quick four minute drive to the heart of LSU campus, as well as easy access to the nearby Neighborhood Walmart and CVS for all your grocery needs. 

 

The apartments kitchens are equipped with refrigerator, electrical stove, and (some) dishwasher and are temperature-controlled by individual heating/air-conditioning units. Bedrooms also offer ceiling fans for extra comfort during hot summer nights. We offer washer and dryer for our tenants in the downstairs corridor. Trash, water, and sewerage are included in the rent.. Apartments range from 600-700 square feet.
